Building Lean Muscle with Fat Burning Furnace

Lean muscles will not be achieved by only performing cardiovascular exercise. The human muscles need a form of resistance exercise also known as strength building exercise to burn the fat that is in the current muscle. When you work out the muscle with resistance exercise the weak fatty tissue within the muscle is torn or broken down and the muscle will become leaner.
